How do I flag inventory which is being used for display in my showroom so that it is not available for sale unless it is the last item available in stock?

Create a layaway invoice and apply it to an internal customer - when the inventory is ready to be sold use a block and move to transfer the stock from the layaway to a new or existing invoice.
