ATF Form 4473 - Firearms Transaction Record

System Five offers an electronic version of the form 4473 that walks the buyer and the seller through the necessary questions for completion of the form electronically. Upon completing all of the required questions the form can be printed for offical signature. The completed form is also saved within System Five for historical purposes.
