Resetting a Pin Pad Sequence Number with Mercury Payments
Use this function only if:
You just set your Pin Pad ID for this terminal
You cannot approve debit cards on this terminal
You moved a Pin Pad from one terminal to another
You lost power or the terminal crashed during a transaction
You were asked by Mercury Support or Windward Support to run the Resequence option
