If you are unable to view the training videos and / or are unable to here them, try downloading and installing the latest K-LITE CODEC pack from the following WEB site:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

Download the Full version and install using the defaults provided. That should resolve any display / audio issues with watching our training videos.
