To have open security access on a Windows 2003 server, perform the following

  • 1. On the 2003 Server, open the control panel and go to Internet Options

  • 2. Then, choose the security tab, select Internet and Custom level

  • 3. Finally, set the option for Anonymous logon under User Authentication
