There are several links below. Each will take you to a page with one or more examples of the integrity error, and if relevant break the problem down into smaller pieces. On the next page you will see any additional errors. For example a single transaction will report first that Credits do not equal debits, and also that “AR Transactions do not Equal the Invoice Total”. When you click on the credits do not equal debits you will see a section for “AR Transactions do not Equal the Invoice Total” and a link to a video describing how to fix the problem. You will also notice other sections in the “Credits do not equal debits” page. These are other errors that show up as the second error. In breaking down the errors this way we can produce a video on how to fix whichever combination of errors we run into, and easily browse through the possible videos. Please look at the links below for examples of the first error that is reported. If you are trying to look up the second error you can try the search feature at the top right of the page, or browse through each section. If you know the first error that shows it should make the search quick and easy.

In several Integrity Check Reports, results having errors that need attention, are shown in coloured cells. Different colours indicate what the problem may be, which is a help in checking and rectifying the error.

Example: In the Check Proof report, the followings colours are indications of;

• Orange means there are unbalanced - in progress transactions that have not been posted yet. – see unposted / unbalanced transaction report
• Red – means orphaned transactions – see un-posted transaction report – second tab (turn on supervisor, press clear to clear them up)
• Olive Green – proof is out, but prior to minimum book month
• Yellow – proof is out
• Grey – prior to minimum book month

• Fixing Credits do not equal debits

• Fixing AR type A invoice should not post to Cash

• Fixing Missing Customer

• Fixing Total Cash Paid does not Equal Cash Posting

• Fixing Fixing Deposit on Work Order Error Messages

• Fixing Blank Ledger Number_ part does not have a category

• Fixing Payment Transactions do not Equal invoice paid and other deposit on work order related messages that the toolbox routine failed to fix.
