 +  * Cause #1: protected mode will cause the bad behavior

 +When re-printing an invoice with the signature on it, It is not working
 +Steps taken:
 +Opened up an existing invoice with signature on it and go to “Options\View Document Signatures”
 +We clicked the “Print” button and the Adobe Reader Print window appears
 +Then we clicked the “Print” button again on the lower right side.
 +It will then give an error “An error occurred while printing the document.
 +Solution is to disable the security enhanced
 +-this can be done by opening up the “Adobe Acrobat Reader..”
 +-go to Edit then Preferences
 +-then go to “Security (Enhanced) ​
 +-and uncheck the “enable protected mode at startup” and “enable enhanced security”
 +-then click OK to save it.
