Problem:

How to delete Users from System Five.

Solution:

Go into Setup Tools → Configuration → Users and Security

Select the user you would like to delete and click Delete from the top menu. On the confirm window select Yes to mark the user for deletion.

Selecting No will permanently delete the user. Only choose permanently delete if the user has not be used to open any bills or invoices in System Five.
