Problem
When attempting to log into System Five the terminal is locked out by showing a red terminal box as shown in figure 1.

The locked terminal has been used on another computer or it may already be open on the current computer in a minimized state. Check if System Five is minimized first. If it is not, determine which computer is using the terminal and log System Five out of that computer. Start System Five again on the locked out computer and the ID number should be active again.

Solution 3
A forcemachine arguement is used in the System Five startup icon that locks the terminal to the specific computer. Some settings are dependant on the terminal ID in System Five thus we can only log that terminal into a specific computer. In the event that the terminal ID has been used on another computer then we may need to override the forcemachine argument.
