How do I setup the system to sell 3 mix and match items (or buy 3 of the same item) for a set price on the invoice?

Using a Buy Quantity promotion with a reward of a dollar discount it is possible to set the system to allow for a mix and match of items for a set sale price on the invoice. The items must be of the same list price to work properly. Also, be sure to mark the option to apply the promotion to all invoices in the promotions setup area.
