When we checked the Windows drivers, there was the second printer in Windows that was partially deleted. We tried to delete it several times, but it kept coming back. We checked the print queue, and there were several old print jobs sitting in the printer's queue. We couldn't delete them without re-opening the print queue as the administrator. Once we did that we could clear the queue, and the printer disappeared from Windows.

 There is a known issue with shared printers in Windows, where a printer that is shared out from another computer, can be marked as the default printer, but some applications can't see that it's the default printer.
