+Upon receiving items from a PO, the user receives the following error. A duplicate serial number exists for this item (ensure that the serial does not start with 'DEFAULT')!
+Even if the serial number or part number cannot be found in the system, this is due to a Barcode Scanner error, the Scanner must be set up correctly. For example, a customer kept receiving this error, however manually typing in the serial, or entering it with a Barcode Scanner over VNC, the problem didn't occur. The Scanner wasn't terminating or carriage returning to the next line.
