1. Create / Edit PO
2. Add an item to the PO
3. After adding the item you can not set the Freight and Duty to the actual Landed Cost
4. Then send the PO to Finalize the order

Note:

Once the PO is sent you can still update your Freight and Duty charges before receiving it.
