+====== Pervasive PSQL Window Missing from PCC.Exe ======
 +
 +**Problem**
+When you normally start the Pervasive Control Centre there is a window along the left-hand side titled "Pervasive PSQL". It contains the Pervasive PSQL tree that allows you to access the Local Client, Services, Engines, Databases, Tables, etc. Sometimes that window may be closed and you will find yourself unable to re-open it.
 +
+//Note: It would be good to add how the window is accidentally closed.//
 +
 +**Solution**
+You need to reset the workbench by deleting a workbench.xml file. This file is created by Pervasive in a number of locations, the following folders have been documented locations for the file:
 +
 +  * C:\Users\All Users\Pervasive Software\PSQL\rcp\workspace-builder\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench
 +  * C:\Users\All Users\Pervasive Software\PSQL\rcp\workspace-pcc\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench
 +  * C:\Program Files (x86)\Pervasive Software\PSQL\bin\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench
 +  * C:\ProgramData\Pervasive Software\PSQL\rcp\workspace-builder\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench
 +  * C:\ProgramData\Pervasive Software\PSQL\rcp\workspace-pcc\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.ui.workbench
 +
+Close PCC.exe, browse to the folder, delete the workbench.xml file, re-open PCC. Lather, rinse, repeat until you've deleted the appropriate file and your Pervasive PSQL window is back.
