When fax machine is not working. Unplug Fax machine from power source and plug back in

Check handset on fax machine for dial tone. If NO Dial tone, check phone line from fax machine going into the wall…unplug them and plug them back in at fax machine end and at the wall jack. Check handset on fax machine for dial tone. If you have dial tone but no Fax capability..check connections in sever room

There is a splitter and a voip box in server room..unplug and plug back in line at splitter …cycle the power on the voip box

Do a test Fax…send and receive
