  * Please note that the [enter] text in the code above and lines below is actually just an new line character otherwize known as the enter key.

  * %[track1]?;[track2]?[enter]
  * where track1 = B[cardnumber]^name^
  * track2 = [cardnumber]=[expdate]
  * track1 start sentinal = %   end sentinal=?
  * track2 start sentinal= ;      end sentinal=?
  * track separator = nothing
  * terminator =[enter]
  * sentinals %;? and terminator [enter] are not encoded on the track but are added by the MSR.
  * For best results use a card range starting with 1,2 or 7 and use 10-15 digits or 17-20 digits.

  * track 2 is required
  * track 1 is optional
  * Expdate = mmyy optional, but put 0000 or any other numbers.  Cards without =nnnn on track 2 may not swipe on some pinpads.
