<note>A Barcode Scanner device can either be configured with CTR-B preamble or configured to emulate as COM PORT to work properly in System5.</note>

|datalogic PowerScan - Not recommended. This unit is far to difficult to setup. It appears it should be able to be setup as a USB-COM interface however we were unable to get this working. Adding a pre-amble STX character did for use with keyboard emulation does not appear to be easily accomplished.|
